iPorn

For some time the iPod was useless. An overpriced tool for listening to ripped CDs. Put thousands of songs on a machine and never listen to most of it. The only people who bought them had too much money and were victims of fashion.

Although the iPod began to grow. It gave us a new term. We had Generation X, followed by a failed Generation Y - now known as iGeneration.

But in terms of modern technology the iPod still lacked something. That one thing that has driven the internet forward, something that drove home video forward. Porn.

Of course, it started eventually. It wasn't easy at first. iPods were audio devices. That meant the only thing that could be done were podcasts, or porncasts depending on what you want to call them. Listening to a mixture of either people having sex or people talking about sex or people talking about wanting to have sex. As with most blogs and podcasts 99% of them were dull, uninteresting and badly put together. Still, in this day and age the chance to just do something without thought or consequence is not a boundary.

Apple clearly knew they weren't on the right track with the iPod though. So we got the additions. First came the photo iPod, subtly added so we could all keep our favourite photos available for easy viewing. Much like the mobile phone it wasn't long before the adult world began to produce photo sets sized for the iPod screen. Of course the idea was to store and view photos from your digital camera, that's what the people at Apple suggested anyway. No, you could keep all your favourite naked men and/or women in one handy place. Listen to some songs and look at pics.

Of course, that wasn't the end of it.

Now we have the video iPod. Now at last, the iPod has come of age and ready to be fully embraced by the adult entertainment world. It's time for some full on, no-holds-barred iPorn. Now websites are working the iPod into their sites.

The joy of watching videos on a tiny screen. The pleasure of sitting on a long plane journey watching women being banged in every hole would certainly beat most airline entertainment. Feeling stressed at work? Just take your iPod to the toilets and knock off a quickie watching a home made video or your wife/girlfriend/lover/boyfriend/partner/husband.
